clearly defined, and, the rule for defining the policies creators are not
clear, either; what are those work roles and responsibilities of the written

particular policies?! However, who is the approver for this kind of design?!: Do you agree that all regulations
come from the same source, and, it is called「General Principles」?! In this blog author’s previous work environments, this
author called it「the Bible」, 「the Constitution」 as the examples of the「General Principles」👈👈👈Hence, what’s your idea that who need
to be the approver for these management policies is the most appropriate?! 👉👉👉It must be reviewed in the company/organization's most rigorous
and highest-level approval process, such as in the Board of Directors or some
kind of Committee.👈👈👈Is
has legal effect; this blog does not use [suggest] you, but [must] to emphasize
on its legal effect.

What are those work roles and responsibilities for
managing the written policies: This blog suggests you to contain the following
work roles and responsibilities at least -
a.
Controller: One of its main work responsibilities is to
manage the completeness and effectiveness of the written policies of the whole
company/organization, it is a department to ensure your company’s management
methodology has been built up in written records.👈👈Which work department is the most suitable
one to be in this role in your mind?!

Builder: It is the policies creators, they are each
department, the [responsible person] is the department head, VP. All the

approval, publishing and the rights of explanation and revision are not clearly
defined among particular departments or work roles: There are explanations for this issue
in above 2.2; regarding policies announcement, this blog suggests companies to
define a Controller, and the
purposes are:
a.It is to avoid there are written policies be announced
and the Controller doesn’t know, it is to ensure this Controller are able to
control the whole situation of the written policies of the company.
b. This Controller must ensure the documents of those approved written policies submitted from
builders containing the Q&A Meeting Minutes in the data
flow chart described in Policies, How to Create/Build?! 👈👈This
blog suggests that, in the [General Principles], your company endue the Controller
the work rights to reject the request for policies announcements once this
Controller finds it lack of Q&A Meeting Minutes, or, in the Q&A Meeting
Minutes, there were questions raised by employees are not answered, and, this Controller
rejects the situation of lack of documents rather than to reject the content of
those created policies, or, this Controller is allowed to ask for explanation
of why questions are not answered and announce the reasons accordingly.

questions related to confidentiality, in
the meetings, it is answered in public: OOO is a confidential
information in our company, we cannot disclose the detail in public, those of

(2)Neglect the accountability mechanism. There is no work
performance assessment for policies definition and execution in the work
performance review scope.

authoritative arbitrators when the system becomes ambiguous.
This blog thinks that the above mentioned Q&A Meeting Minutes and
