Hi, this is Emily, my full name is Huang, Hsiao-Ping. I’m
finance and accounting background, and I come from Taiwan, Republic
Of China; I’m the founder of this blog, the content focuses on business
management and career experience sharing.
This article quotes the issues defined
in Questions Consulting the Executive Yuan of the Republic of China with the purpose of consulting government agencies of other countries
on their government operating models from the perspective of business management,
so as to provide mutual reference for readers at the individual, corporate and
national government levels.
My English skills are not top-notch. The
countries(in the brackets are the abbreviations; the English abbreviation
information I use comes from the place name comparison table of Taiwan's
Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. and the country code table of the National Taxation
Bureau.) mentioned in this article include United States of America(the US),
Japan(the JP), Republic Of Korea(the KR), Hong Kong in
China(the HK), United Kingdom Of Great Britain and Northern Ireland(the
UK), Federal Republic Of Germany(the DE), Czech Republic(the CZ),
Kingdom Of Sweden(the SE), Italian Republic(the IT), Republic
Of Singapore(the SG) and Malaysia(the MY), French Republic(the
FR), Republic Of Lithuania(the LT) and Canada(the CA) etc. These
countries are mainly based on the email addresses of their institutions in
Taiwan I can get on the website of the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Of Taiwan.
In this way, I can be sure that the recipients understand my Traditional
Chinese content and I firstly sent the content in this language to the contact
persons of each country to reduce the barriers caused by my less foreign
language skills and I hope I will obtain responses from government agencies of
these countries. I explain the reasons I chose these countries in the 1st
paragraph. Although, people can get relevant answers by searching for information
on internet, however, I hope to get direct feedback from the government of
countries to ensure the information is genuine. I welcome readers to invite
your government agencies referring to these issues listed below and share
articles; please each country can
choose topics you would like to talk about, and, you can also add other issues
and arrange the order of paragraphs in your article.
Please see CheckList

questions are asked of these countries
This paragraph

absolute advantages or disadvantages of Taiwan culture. If there is any
discrepancy with the facts, please governments of countries feel free to
correct the information directly. Please refer to other countries' issues, use

The
US:
I am native Taiwan people. I was born in 1973. I was educated in Taiwan
and did not study abroad. From childhood to now, my living environment tells me
that if people can study in the US, it is a good thing for their career
development in the future. We can feel this mindset exists in the talent search
conditions in labor market in Taiwan. However, I have only visited US
once, it was Hawaii, I visited there when I was working for PwC Taiwan,
it was my first job. What impressed me deeply was that local car drivers would
stop earlier and wait for pedestrians to pass when they encounter pedestrians👈I am impressed by
this fact. This traffic situation is still not common in Taiwan, and it involves the people's concept of
driving and the public morals. I am also very interested in the US
TV series involving CSI, FBI, CIA, and SWAT; I hope
could ask the US
(1)
In Hawaii, how the drivers' moral
is developed?! What is the status of drivers in other areas of the US?!
I’m the pedestrian; In
Taiwan, I was once laughed at by my peers for my obeying the traffic
rules when walking across the road. People think that even if the traffic
signal is a red light, people can walk across the road if there are no vehicles
passing by. I hope could know the US people’s idea. Thank you!
(2)
What are the difference in work
responsibilities among CSI, FBI, CIA and SWAT etc.?!
(3)
In (2), in Taiwan, the police
will be under undue pressure
from public representatives; does this also happen in the US?! In the TV
series I have seen, the police rarely encounter pressure from public
representatives when handling cases, most of them are issues related to the
distinction of work scopes. I hope could know the real situation. Thank you!
(4)
When Taiwan police are handling
cases, they may be scolded by the public for disturbing the public or
resisting, or they may have big argument with the police. Has this ever
happened to the US police when handling cases?! How do your police
respond to such situations?! I hope other countries can also share situation of
your own countries. Thank you!
(5)
Regarding the electoral system, I hope that the US and other countries will share opinion about below
topics. Thank you.
Taiwan's national elections
adopt the majority rule, and voters
must bring our ID cards and seals
to the government-designated polling
stations and the voters’ identities must be verified before voting/we can see
election staff using voters' seals to mark voter registration records on the
electoral register, and the
voters need to mark with prescribed O-circle to select preferred candidates and
vote, and the ballot boxes will be sealed; the boxes and votes will be opened
and counted at each polling station for the public to watch at
the time specified by the government, this voting and counting will be completed within 1 day.
There has been an operational flaw in such a program that the votes counting begun when the voting procedures has not
completed yet, it affected voters' thoughts. Please governments of
countries allow me to know your national electoral system.
-In the US, may I know what [Electoral College
Votes System] is?! What is its purpose?!
-If the voting procedure is not similar to the way in Taiwan,
how your country prevents voting records from being tampered with in the process
of mailing or tampered with by computer hackers or prevent from any other form
of tampering or anomaly increase the votes?! Thank you!
-In your countries, if you use Taiwan voting
model, how many days it needs to spend to complete the voting procedures in
your countries?! Is there any advice your countries want to provide for Taiwan
voting procedures?! Thank you!

In terms of regional specialty foods, in Taiwan,
sometimes, we use cities to describe their specialty foods, such as: Changhua
meatballs(ma-wan), Taichung honey bean ice(mee-dou bing) or Keelung
Mianmian ice(mian-main bing), Wanluan pig's feet(zhu jiao) in Pingtung,
Tainan shrimp rolls(xia juan), Hsinchu pork ball rice noodles(gong-wan
mee fen), Hualien rice cakes(shu or ma-shu), Kinmen kaoliang
liquor, Yilan smoked and corned duck(ya shang) and candied fruits(
mee-jian), Xingang maltose(xingang yi), white noodle oysters and dried
radish made from white radish(tsai ball) in Chiayi, Gukeng coffee
in Yunlin, Penghu cuttlefish ball (huazhi wan) and scallop sauce,
and, Miaoli is the base of Hakka culture, I think it is their
traditional rice cake(kueh) and handmade Hakka traditional food. The US
is a very large territory, and I only know the general names of burgers, cola,
French fries, potato chips, etc. I hope to learn more about regional
specialties of this country. I also look forward to other countries sharing
their regional traditional and special foods. Thank you!

The
JP:In Taiwan
family life, there is a situation of valuing boys over girls, and, as time goes
by, this situation has become less and less, however, it still exists. When
talking about such topics, we always talk about male superiority and female
inferiority situation in the JP society; and, In Taiwan, people
who have experienced the era of the JP rule, some miss the very good
social security at that time, in some places, there were particular the JP
military officers enshrined as gods. Please the JP government share
opinion:
(1)
What is the status of gender equality in the JP’s
current workplace environment and
labor-related laws?!
(2)
According to online video sharing, the JP
teaches children to salute drivers who stop and wait for pedestrians to cross
the road when they are crossing the road. This situation is respectable; would
you please allow me to know whether this habit of children continues when they
become as adults?! Please the JP and
other countries share legal
responsibilities of drunk driving in your countries, or what and how
you do to prevent drunk driving?! Thank you!
(3)
Taiwan people recognize that
the quality of the JP made products or provided services is excellent👈I hope the JP
would like to share some specific manufacturing or service concepts or thinking patterns so that others can learn from the
JP about the spirit of quality. Thank you!
(4)
When I was an external auditor, I had a Japan
subsidiary client, and I learned there is a saying that in the JP work environment,
there is a lifelong employment system,
and its characteristic is that employees
will not be legally dismissed by their employers for any reason. I
would like to consult you whether it is for obeying the legal regulations or an
employers’-employees’ relationship inherited from culture?! In such a state,
how the companies motivate employees, reward and punish them, and effectively
manage employee work efficiency?! In current era, is there still a lifelong
employment system in work environment in the JP?! Thank you!
(5)
Sashimi and Big Eater Competition are the JP’s
representative food and TV programs, it introduces special food of various
places. There are similar TV programs in Taiwan in recent years. I would
like to consult you:
-What are the
provisions of the JP dietary laws on raw food? If the JP families
often eat raw seafood, what kind of laws or practices does the JP
government enact to ensure that it is safe for people to eat raw seafood at
home?
-From the perspective
of cherishing food, how does the JP government view programs like The
Big Eater that use food intake competitions as the main content? Thank you!
(6)
Please allow
me to know the etiquette in traditional Japan style restaurants: I was
once told but also corrected that in a traditional Japan style
restaurant, when requesting
waiters for providing service in a private room, people need to do clapping or
clapping twice loudly to call the service clerks is a kind of [traditional standard calling action]
or [an extremely disrespectful
behavior towards the service clerks]?!
Thank you!
The
KR,
its full name is Republic Of Korea. The following topics
come from the KR TV series and news reports about the KR. The
concept that appears repeatedly in different South Korean TV dramas, I
assume those plots were built according to those actual life culture or
concepts of the KR, my idea is also based on traditional Taiwan
idea: whatever kind of drama is on stage, there is similar people or real life
off the stage. Thank you! Please allow me to ask:
(1) Office
workers in the KR must attend co-worker gatherings after work to show
their commitment to the team; on the other hand, if they don’t, it may affect
their interpersonal relationships. Is there such a work culture like this?! If
people don’t want to participate the gathering for any reason, what the best
way should be to deal with it?!
In Taiwan's work
culture, it is based on personal will to attend after work activities, and in
recent years, in our labor regulations, there is discussion in labor laws about
whether supervisors sending message
after work is a kind of overtime work instruction. For your
information.
(2)
At a dining party, it is inappropriate for
women to help male colleagues or friends serve drinks (no matter what kind of
drink it is, the traditional word is [pouring wine] posture state), which is
inappropriate and should be avoided. Why?!
The concept in Taiwan
society is that it is a sign of kindness to help refill the drinks.
(3)
I hope could ask the KR people
whether the main way to pursue/maintain a better economic life and achieve life
goals is to make friends who can help them or choose friends or marriage
partners with similar financial capabilities?!
It is common in South
Korean TV dramas to express the expectation that families with relatively
high financial status expect their younger family members to make friends with
groups of similar financial capabilities, or, they should only interact with
people who are helpful to them, and they should proactively stay away from
economically disadvantaged groups. This concept extends to the conditions of
their selecting marriage partners, and will also exclude people from
economically disadvantaged ethnic groups or illegitimate children or
non-two-parent families👈I would describe this situation as [discrimination]; it also happens in Taiwan's
living environment, but the atmosphere is not as frequent as it appears in the
TV dramas. This is the reason for asking.
The living environment
in Taiwan, the above-mentioned discrimination has obviously transformed
into... people have no special feelings about those situation, and we believe
that the way to pursue a better economic life is through receiving better
education or pass examinations, starting a business etc., in the labor market
in recent years, there is an idea of 1 person having multiple part-time jobs
for it.
On the other hand,
ethnic groups with higher economic status tend to invest or help economically
disadvantaged groups to improve their ability to make a living or to acquire
professional knowledge, this concept has not changed much in the changes of the
times.
What does South
Korean society think of Taiwan’s idea?! Please share your opinions.
Thank you!
(4)
Questions related to traditional food culture:
-In what year did the kimchi culture begin in all the
area in South Korea and North Korea? In the mart in Taiwan,
it is quite common to see South Korean food such as Kimchi noodles and
spicy fried rice cakes etc., and, in South Korean TV food programs, we
usually find it using red spicy sauce to cook food. In the KR, if people
use Taiwan red sauce (sweet
chili sauce, Gangshan chili
sauce or spicy bean paste)
in cooking in the KR, what additional conditions must be met can those
foods be called the [Korean] meal?! What are the standards?!
-It appears in the TV series that people in the KR
believe that eating raw beef liver can relieve anemia; similar to the
above-mentioned raw food situation in the JP, please share how your
government do in managing food hygiene and safety practices in restaurants and on
food when people are eating at home. Thank you!
(5)
Do you agree with this description: the KR
takes the entertainment industry as one of the main investment to strengthen
the national economy.
I believe many
countries would agree that the KR has outstanding achievements in the
entertainment film and television industries. I hope could know how it becomes
your government’s best choice as the [main investment] of your country?! Why
did you choose the entertainment industry?
When your country
started to promote the film and television entertainment industries, why were
you sure that the planned business and management model was feasible?! Thank
you!
-Has your country ever observed the status of Taiwan’s
entertainment, film and television industries?! Would you like to provide any
advice?!
Do South Korean
people know about these TV dramas of Taiwan? Any suggestions?! What are
your views?! Thank you!
-The plots are based on background of historical dynasties:
various kind of Taiwan Opera(歌仔戲), Bao Qingtian(包青天), and Shi
Gong, The Strange Cases(施公奇案).
-Similar to South Korean TV series describing family
life: Unique Flavor(天下第一味), Eldest Son’s Wife(長男的媳婦), U
Motherbaker(我的婆婆怎麼這麼可愛), Without her, Even
Hero is zero(我是顧家男) etc.
-When selecting key investment industries in your country,
is there any industry that was taken into consideration but was eliminated in
the final screening stage?! Why?! Thank you!
(6) The KR
will start nuclear power plants and is expected to have stable power supply and
its operating profits for state-owned power companies. Please let me consult
your country how you will handle the widely discussed issue of nuclear waste
disposal.
This information is the
response I got from Grok, the A.I. function of the X platform,
saying your country will start operating nuclear power plants in 2025, thank
you!
The
HK,
first of all, I would like to share what my colleague told me and I would like
to also show my gratitude toward this experience, I didn’t interact with him
much in this work experience; in our gathering, he was responsible for, however, He was responsible for finishing
the remaining food in this dinner party, and everyone knew that he could no
longer eat and felt that he was [pitiful], he told everyone: as long as we have things to eat, how
come we are pitiful?! 👈do you feel anything in this description?!
I hope could consult the
HK government about some traffic service questions:
(1)
In the HK airport, there is a
kind of service clerks, they are walking back and forth within a particular
scope, they are watching and paying attention to people who may need help, and,
without any conversation, there was a clerk he knew I am from Taiwan 👈This is a kind of
magical capability. I hope could know this kind of service clerk’s job title
and what kind of professional training they must to have in order to possess
this kind of service skill in this level?!
At the same time, I
also welcome travelers from the HK and other countries to comment on Taiwan’s
public transportation services: At that time, I was very envious that there was
sign lights inside the HK Airport MRT carriages, it showed the location
of the upcoming station, I thought it was very advanced and I hoped Taiwan
would have it too; unexpectedly, my wish came true, currently, in Taiwan,
in MRTs, in Taiwan Railway and Taiwan High Speed Rail,
there are also such a function, and, between Songshan Airport and Taoyuan
Airport, there is also MRTs connections, they are combined with
rails, buses, and the entire network could cover Keelung, Taipei,
New Taipei and Taoyuan areas. In Taichung, Kaohsiung,
New Taipei City and Chiayi areas, there are also MRTs or
similar transportation, more than that, recently, Hualien has also
provided free shuttle services for tourists in response to tourism needs.
Passengers who prefer to take public transportation are welcome to make more
use of it and share user experiences. Thank you!
(2)
I would like to consult the HK government
about the way you manage taxi, what it is? And how you implement it?!
This question is
resulted from my business trip to the HK before, it was a not pleasant
experience of taking a taxi, however, many
of my Hong Kong colleagues unanimously said that I can lodge a
complaint immediately. I think this situation shows that the HK’s political
decrees are implemented very thoroughly. I hope the HK government would
like to share how this is done?! Thank you!
In taxi service operating
systems in Taiwan, there are self-operated and taxi diversified
service companies, most of them use 5-digit phone short codes or mobile APPs as
their branding channels, this is for the purpose of reporting service quality
and the route tracking, I hope tourists would like to share their needs that Taiwan
may not have considered. Thank you!
I hope could know the HK
people’s eating habits and legal regulations.
A colleague told me:
Our Hong Kong food is very salty!
It turns out it’s true!
It’s a certain kind of water spinach soaked in water. After all, food that is
too salty is not good for health, so, Hong Kong people think that Hong
Kong food is very salty, why they don’ t want to change this situation?! Is
the purpose to maintain certain cultural characteristics?! Thank you!
If it is appropriate,
I hope the HK government would share below situation in the HK
environment:
(1)
Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese education and use
situation.
(2)
From historical situation to present, is
there any change in Chinese pronunciation teaching?! In Taiwan, it uses
[phonetic symbol/ Zhuyin Fuhao] in
teaching pronunciation, what the HK uses in teaching?!
(3)
A colleague told me that Guangdong
language in the HK is taught and learned by orally speaking and
listening, just like Taiwan language in Taiwan. Now, universities
in Taiwan, there are departments of Taiwan language and
literature. In contrast, how the HK develops language?! Thank you!
In shopping aspect,
does the HK government prohibits sales pitch used in stores?!(In Taiwan:
sales pitch is a kind of reminder, it is to observe what consumers need or a
kind of required reminder for sales topic to drive sales, it won’t make
customers feel unpleasant).
In my observation when
I was in the stores or when I was with my sales colleagues, none of them doing
the [sales pitch]👈It
is the major difference I’ve found in retailing industry. Does it cause from
government regulation?!
Thank you!
The
UK,
when I talk about this country, I also need to mention the DE, the CZ,
the SE, the IT, and the above-mentioned the US, it is
because I want to share my work experience in Taikoo Motors Group (TMG),
our boss is British, and the headquarter is Swire in the HK,
in my work period, the origin countries of the automobile brands that TMG
being the general agents are from these countries. What impressed me deeply was
that my colleague described my supervisor, the Managing Director, as an old
gentleman👈 because
of his British education background, and after my interaction with him,
I found that my colleague described it really well! The Managing Director is
about the same age as my mother. "Old" gentleman actually refers to
his peaceful and calm gentle attitude, if my colleague didn’t tell me
specifically, it is impossible to tell his age. In TMG work organization,
there are many business unit General Managers, sometimes, they think
differently, and our Managing Director always pointed out the key problem in short
words very calmly and won’t express the answer directly, he hoped everyone
think deeply. And, when I was working for another company attending our global
CFO meeting, at that moment, our Taiwan company was going to be a parent
company shared held 100% subsidiary, and everyone from departments from
countries were curious about the future of Taiwan company, there was
only a person asking me about things needs to pay more attention in detail when
doing transition works, he is the Finance Director from the UK
subsidiary hope could know my work experience; two incidents involving
people with a British background made me feel that people with a British
education background may pay attention to different angles than others, and
what they raised were all key points. I remember, when I was a university
student, there was a professor and he also possessed background of studying in the
UK; I am not sure whether it is the reason, I also want to describe him
a gentleman as the feeling he brought to people. During the course, some seniors
came to take classes with us because they were retaking credits, this professor
paid attention to the progress of some seniors' personal retakes and directly
called them by name in class to remind them must to concentrate on class.👈He directly remembered the names of these
students, which was very rare in the environment at that time.
I hope could consult the
UK government:
(1)
Regarding education aspect, in the
well-known attitudes of gentlemen or ladies, is there a specific design for it
in the British education system?! In interacting with others, what kind
of attitude a person must act at least so they can say they possess the
attitude of gentlemen or ladies?! And, how to act is appropriate, and it is not
too much or too little?!
How would you describe
the characteristics of the British education system?! Thank you!
(2)
How would the UK government describe the
angle of events that the British people concern most or would focus more
in business management?! For example: in its knowledge or historical value,
political or international relations or critical thinking value, life-related,
new inventions or new technologies...etc. Thank you!
The DE, in my impression, it is
similar to the quality spirit of the JP made products mentioned above,
the difference is that one of my teachers told me that in terms of
technological inheritance, the DE can be the most rigorous country in
the world; if the craftsmanship teacher teaches students to create a specific
product, they use the hammer and can only knock 3 times to match the material
of the product 👉[can only knock 3 times] this concept will be
passed down forever, and students will
not ask to know other reasons👈This is
because in the DE environment, people strongly believe in their own
created quality resulted from their own comprehensive
complete design, and this is an admirable concept; in contrast, it is
different from the concept of KPI, in a certain angle of KPI is [ no matter
what method the executor uses (perhaps people can use the hammer and knock 4 times
or 2 times) as long as certain goals will be achieved]. I personally define the
DE education heritage is as a
standard menu or a set combined with standard work procedures and it becomes a standard program, therefore, I hope could consult the DE
government
(1) Regarding innovation or change management, please share
a specific product that represents for the DE culture, under the
requirements of the standard procedures, some new technologies or new concepts
have been implemented in it and it has become a better result; and, in the
beginning, what triggered the
change?! Was it because a customer requested customization or some
international industry trends?!
(2) In the above
case, if there is a student with a more rigorous personality than the teacher,
in order to confirm that his product is stable and no error, he knocked 4
times, and, in the DE culture, what is the predicted result of the
product, or how people see the attitude of doing things of this student?! Will
it be banned because of the cost issue?! Thank you!
The CZ, the news reports recently said that the
CZ would like to invest in semiconductors and A.I technologies
development, it relates to Taiwan companies, such as TSMC and UMC
(Business Next Media Corp, CNA) etc. I hope could consult the CZ
government
(1) To promote
the overall scientific and technological development in the CZ, besides
the government investing in enterprises, what other activities will you engage
in to help to achieve this goal?!
(2) Regarding
the major development of your semiconductors and A.I technologies, I hope could
consult you about how you estimate the demand in the CZ or those
international demand to ensure your major development and all the demand is
balance?
(3) If it is appropriate,
in above (2), please share you hope Taiwan or other countries to do
anything for it?! Thank you!
The SE, recent news reported that the SE
asked the EU to strengthen supervision the China e-commerce and to
promote the elimination of tax exemption policy for low-price goods (Taiwan
Television Enterprise, Ltd., International Trade Administration,
Ministry of Economic Affair); I hope could consult the SE and other
countries about the restriction of your legal regulation on ingredients in
consumer products to protect the environment. Such as: plastic particles,
detergent discharge into sewage... and other similar issues, it is mainly
because individuals or all households would use consumer products, and the
regulations may differ from countries. Thank you!
The IT, tt is my personal subjective opinion
that the majority of global boutique brands may be Italian and French brands, I
didn’t calculate the number. I hope could consult to the IT, the FR
or other countries that have planned to invest and develop high-quality fine
products brands:
(1) Among high-quality fine products and environmental protection or energy development, are there any issues related in these aspects?! And, in addition to creating income for the countries, how to evaluate the value of elegance and nobility of the fine products or the value of art or of the culture?! As for the brands, does it mean who has the longer years of establishment is the better?! Why?! Thank you!
Regarding the point of view in the fine products world, do they think the fine products owners should have a specific way in using the fine products to show taste or for some kind of purpose(For example: to wear or put on only on specific occasions) or, because they are the owners of the fine products, they can wear whenever they want and in any kind of occasions they prefer?!(For example: there is no restriction on occasion of wearing it, because, the features fine products value are in other aspects). Thank you!
The
SG
and the MY, I had colleagues
from these two countries before; in the past, when I was seeking for job, I
frequently met people from these two countries and saying they are neighbors of
each other, so I put them together.
(1)
Regarding these two countries, I hope
could know more of their information involving in below paragraph 2 and 4, they
are freedom of speech and government work efficiency. Those colleagues told me
that freedom and government work efficiency of Taiwan is higher,
however, it was many years ago. I hope could know your current situation about
legal regulation of your countries in freedom of speech and government
work efficiency or work objectives. Thank you!
(2)
I hope could consult the MY, in
your country management system, what the administering power a Datuk or
a Dato’ has?! What are the work objectives listed in a Datuk’s or
a Dato’s job description?! Or, are there job titles in your countries
management systems you think they may be rare in other countries?! As the
ordinary people, what kind of effort people need to make or to attend some kind
of exam in order to obtain that kind of job?!
I hope countries of
similar management systems situation would share your design of government
system. Thank you!
(3)
I hope could consult the SG about
your major culture of hospitality, what it is?!
In my experience, the Singaporean
colleague wanted to pay for the meal as a host, but the Taiwan colleague
politely refused, it is mainly because in Taiwan’s visitors culture we
don’t want ourselves to be the reason for the host to spend more money; the Singaporean
colleague’s face instantly changed to a feeling heavy and unhappy look. I found
on the Internet that Singaporeans think this kind of rejection means
that the visitor thinks that the host is not treating the guests well!!👈Is that true?!
On this topic, what Singaporeans expect visitors to
react?! In contrast, when Singaporeans are visitors, what Singaporeans
expect the hosts to do?!
What is the culture of
other countries?!
May
I know what have happened when Singaporeans meet visitors from other
countries?! Or, do you think Taiwan visitors are the weirdest?!
Please share. Thank you!
(4)
Caning is a well-known punishment in the
SG, I hope could consult you
-In legal management point of view in the SG, does
it tend to support the use of [advance announcement] of strict penalty laws to
deter and prevent crime?! Or, are there any changes in the caning laws?! Thank
you!
-In recent years, the number of legal cases in Taiwan
that have been judged as [educable] has increased, it has led to the public
opinion that [educable] is a specific reason used by the judiciary to reduce the
degree of sentences for certain reasons, it has lowered the judicial image of [fair
trial] and caused [Is Taiwan's judicial system fair?!] 👈become a question may not be easy to answer.
Do you think the SG judicial system is fair?! 👈What explanations or legal provisions will the SG
government use to express that the SG’s justice or trial procedures are
fair?! Thank you!
I have met Singaporeans feeing proud of the fact
that the SG’s legal environment creates self-disciplined people, I think
it is a rare and good example of citizen self-confidence and the consensus
between the government and the people. I hope could know your country achieved
such a state?! Thank you!
The

when I was a high-school student, there was a geography teacher specifically
mentioned that the FR people’s view of beauty is natural and simple,
she was reminding us that although the FR stands for fashion, models,
and clothing design, however, in fact, the FR people don’t think that
being thin is beautiful or that being fat is ugly, and they think the naked
body is the natural look of body, it is not a shameful situation. I hope could
consult the FR government

The
CA,
on
2025/02/16, Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs [Latest News] reported
that the Canadian Navy’s Halifax-class frigate [HMCS Ottawa]
passed through the Taiwan Strait on February 16th. The Ministry of
Foreign Affairs welcomes and affirms Canada's once again concrete
actions to defend freedom, peace and openness in the Taiwan Strait area,
and to demonstrate its firm position that the Taiwan Strait is an international
water area; I also think of the similar geographical environment of the SG
and the MY, and the CA is a neighbor of the US, one of my
high school classmates immigrated to Vancouver, the CA, and are
also well-known brands clothing from the CA.
(1)
I hope could consult the CA government
about the latest immigration and education policies of your country; this is
from the fact that many years ago my classmate’s family immigrated to the CA
because the parents thought it was a friendly immigration environment. What are
your country’s latest regulations regarding immigration to your country and
overall education policy?!
The educational
environment in Taiwan has obviously changed from the pursuing of higher
education to emphasizing personal learning interests and professional skills,
things considered are more than one aspect. How the educational environment is in
the CA? Thank you!
(2)
I hope could consult the CA and other
countries interested in sharing this topic, how your countries promote the integration
of multi-national cultures in terms of laws and practical practices?! How you
reduce conflicts or discrimination resulted from people from different national
backgrounds?! Thank you!
