This list is an attachment of [Group Central Procurement Policy].
Items: It is advised to list below items
at least in the report.
1.
The
name and work department of the reporter, date of report; the reporter is the
person who accepts/has accepted the benefit.
2.
It is a
[Pre-Report] or [Post-Report], and the [Reasons
of not able to be the Pre-Report].
3.
The
contents of the benefit and its actual or estimated monetary value, event
timing/date, giver, the relationship between giver and the company.
4.
The
reason of accepting the benefits, or, why it cannot be avoid.
5.
The
columns of the report approvers contain the [Direct Manager Of the Reporter]
and [Employees Discipline Assessment Committee].
6.
Define
how many and who are the [Benefit Report] reviewers that the reporter needs to
submit the report to at the same time.
